Dear friends and family,

This summer has been a joyful, travel-filled whirlwind!

After getting back from my backpacking trip in Yosemite, I had the opportunity to meet with several people from my church community to share the vision for this mission trip and invite them to partner with me through prayer and financial support for the season ahead.

After that, my friend Esther and I headed to Ireland for two weeks. We had an incredible time visiting some of my family and taking a road trip along the west coast. We wrapped up our trip with a stay at an alpaca farm, where an unexpected flight cancellation turned into something much bigger. We decided to extend our stay for a few extra days and help the new owner of the farm while staying there. Those extra days became an incredible gift. We were able to joyfully serve him and his family, and on our drive back to the airport, we had the opportunity to share the gospel with him. What initially felt like an inconvenience became a clear Holy Spirit appointment, and I’m so grateful we got to witness how God was working through such unexpected circumstances.

Now that I’m back in California, I’ve spent this past week packing up and moving out of my place in Whittier. This Sunday, I’ll be heading to Hume SoCal with our youth group to serve as a camp counselor for the week. This time is especially meaningful to me because I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside these students over the past few years, and they hold a very special place in my heart.

After camp, I’ll have about two more weeks in Southern California before I leave for the World Race. During that time, I’ll continue meeting with people and sharing more about what God is calling me to this fall.

I’m excited to share that I am currently 29% funded—praise God for His faithfulness! Thank you to everyone who has already partnered with me through prayer and giving.

If you know someone who might be interested in hearing more about this mission, I would be so grateful if you connected us. If we haven’t had the chance to meet yet, I’ll also be reaching out over the next couple of weeks to see if we can set up a time to share more personally about the World Race and all that the Lord has been doing in my life. Thank you for your continued prayers, encouragement, and support!
