WORLD RACE SUPPORT LETTER

Dear friends and family,

I hope you are doing well! I am writing to share an exciting opportunity the Lord has placed before me and to invite you to partner with me in this next season of ministry.

This fall, I will be stepping into a 3-month mission journey through World Race, serving in multiple countries throughout Sub-Saharan Africa, including eSwatini, Rwanda, and South Africa. The World Race is a discipleship and mission program focused on sharing the Gospel, serving local communities, and partnering with ministries around the world to support the work God is already doing.

Over the past year, God has taught me so much through my first year of teaching. It has been a season filled with joy, growth, challenge, dependence, and refinement. Through both beautiful moments and difficult ones, the Lord has continued to deepen my love for Him and for people. Since high school, I have known God has placed missions on my heart, and through prayer, wise counsel, and confirmation from mentors and loved ones, He has made it clear that now is the time to step forward in faith.

WHY THE WORLD RACE?

I believe God calls His people to go into the world, love others deeply, and proclaim the hope of the Gospel. This trip is an opportunity to grow in dependence on Christ, serve communities cross-culturally, and learn from believers around the world. I desire to be available for whatever the Lord asks during this season and to faithfully join in the work He is already doing.

WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?

While each country and ministry opportunity will look different, our squad will partner with local churches, ministries, and missionaries to serve communities in practical and relational ways. Ministry opportunities may include children’s ministry, discipleship, outreach, community service projects, prayer ministry, evangelism, and supporting long-term missionaries and local leaders.

More than anything, I hope to love people well, serve humbly, and reflect Christ wherever God leads us.

HOW CAN YOU SUPPORT?

As I prepare for this journey, I am inviting people to partner with me both financially and through prayer.

The total cost of the program is approximately $9,000. This covers airfare, transportation, lodging, meals, ministry expenses, training, and supplies throughout the trip.

I also want to share that I believe this journey marks the beginning of a new season in my life — one where I am stepping more fully into long-term ministry and missionary work. While I do not know every detail of what the future holds, I do know that He is calling me to walk forward in faith and dependence on Him.

Because of that, I am not only seeking one-time support for this trip, but also prayerfully inviting people to consider partnering with me through monthly financial support as I step into this season of ministry. Ongoing support helps provide stability, sustainability, and the ability to continue saying “yes” to the places and people God calls me to serve.

If you feel led to support me financially, any amount would be deeply appreciated and would directly help make this mission possible. I would also greatly value your prayers throughout this season.

I have also started fundraising through a separate Instagram account by selling handmade earrings. Funds raised through these efforts will help cover additional expenses such as flights to training camp, individual expenses abroad, and necessary gear for the Race.

FOLLOW ALONG

One of my goals during this season is to intentionally document and share what God is doing throughout preparation and while on the World Race itself. I plan to write weekly blog updates sharing stories, prayer requests, lessons God is teaching me, and ways you can continue praying for our team and the communities we serve.
